Problem

Recruiters needed a single platform for applicant tracking, candidate communication, video interviews, and AI-driven personality insights.

Solution

Built a full-stack SaaS with Next.js and NestJS in a Turborepo monorepo. Implemented ATS pipelines, real-time chat, video interview flows, and AI-based assessments with secure RBAC and 2FA.
