Recruiters needed a single platform for applicant tracking, candidate communication, video interviews, and AI-driven personality insights.

Built a full-stack SaaS on React/Next.js, NestJS, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL in a Turborepo monorepo. Implemented ATS pipelines, real-time chat, video interview flows, and AI-based personality assessments, secured with OAuth/2FA plus identity verification and RBAC, and monetised with Stripe subscriptions.
